TEDxBaltimore will be held on May 15
at The Park School of Baltimore

Arrival on May 15

Doors to the Park School will open at 12:15pm and we encourage everyone to arrive well before the 1:00pm start time. You must check in with registration upon arrival and retrieve your name badge. We will have a coat check for you, and members of our concierge team will be available to guide you. Casual attire is absolutely appropriate and encouraged. Snacks will be served, and we will have coffee and bathroom breaks.

Cell phones must be turned off when inside the event. No cameras or laptops will be allowed, except in the last two rows, as not to disturb other attendees. If you are late to TEDxBaltimore, you will not be permitted inside until there is a break between speakers.

Parking

Limited parking will be available at The Park School of Baltimore in the Main Parking Lot, including the carpool lanes along Park School Drive. Directional parking attendants will direct guests where empty spaces are located. There are an estimated 125 spots available due to on promise Basketball Tournament.

Once parking is full at The Park School our parking attendants will inform guests of where the offsite parking lot is located. Please proceed to the Rockland Grist Mill parking lot at 2201 Old Court Rd. Pikesville, MD 21093. (2) Shuttles and (1) parking attendant will be waiting for guests to load and will run back and forth to The Park School at the beginning and end of the event.

Additional parking will also be available at the Y of Central Maryland at 900 E. 33rd St. Baltimore, MD 21218 with a shuttle to take guests to and from The Park School. Please reserve this shuttle with Alexis Perkins at alexisperkins@ymaryland.org.

We strongly encourage guests to ride together to avoid any offsite parking if at all possible.
